A Few Words from My Mesmerizing Husband
We all know it's easier to talk long than to talk short. Same with writing. A generous amount of time/space gives you room to move around. To be brief means to be very clear.
On March 25, my psychologist husband Bob Dick is going to sum up what he has learned about using hypnosis in roughly 50 years of practice. This talk is part of a lecture series at the UNC School of Social Work But you don't have to be a social worker to go. Anyone can attend by making an advance reservation http://cls.unc.edu/ and buying a $22 ticket.
The talk/class runs from noon to 2. Two hours might seem like a lot, but he has 50 years to pack in.
Once at a conference for lawyers at a coastal resort, he told me he was going to sum up the history of Western philosophy in the first five minutes of his talk. I came off the beach to hear how he was going to manage that. He pulled it off.
So I expect this upcoming event will be good. The first time I ever attended one of his hypnosis events, I started my first published novel, Revelation (now available for Kindle), the next day, a direct result of my hynotic experience. So I'll sure be there to get 50 years worth.
Here's Bob, with Kaya.
And here's Revelation, (which I hope readers find mesmerizing.
