After I surprised my husband Bob this morning with this birthday present, he said he thought it was a sufficiently bold choice to merit a blog entry. (He does like it, BTW.)
The guy who sold it to me and I think of it as a sheep, Bob. But my husband says it’s a goat, and I’m now leaving that to him. They’re famously hard to tell apart anyway.
I did, Aiki. My husband brought home 80 pounds of goat meat — an entire goat –to commemorate our 25th anniversary. The kindest interpretation of this that I could muster was that he was sacrificing a goat to the goddess.

It's awesome!! And it looks like Bob and Eric share a birthday! How fun!
Obviously an auspicious day, Beth! You gave Eric a goat?
not a big horn sheep?

Didn't you blog about a goat quite a ways back? Bob and a goat is all I remember. Nice
